Mission Statement: The Tyden Group is committed to providing high quality products, best in class customer service and the broadest selection of products and services to the markets our respective portfolio companies serve.

Management Philosophy: Tyden Group believes that a fact founded approach to management results in better decision making, clearer goal setting and better results. When the fact-founded approach is applied at all levels it is a management instrument of great power with even greater results.

The Tyden Management System is the leadership process we use to ensure there is discipline and rigorous focus on the achievement of planned results. The Tyden Management System is based on core values and principles that are instilled across the culture of our companies. These are the basic beliefs that all our employees of TydenBrooks and Telesis are expected to hold and be guided by. Our management philosophy is anchored by the core tenets of the maintenance of the highest ethical standards; fact-founded decision making; sensitivity to the external forces affecting the business; judging people on performance; and a sense of competitive urgency.

Fueled by Tyden’s core values, the Tyden Management System drives every aspect of our business, ensuring goals and strategies are clearly articulated, well understood, and there is buy-in and commitment to deliver agreed upon objectives at every level within the organization. Ensuring there is both vertical and horizontal alignment throughout the organization while having measurable objectives for all team members that they are held accountable to, drives waste out of the system, allowing Tyden companies to outperform, out innovate, and be more responsive to customer needs than anyone else in the industries we chose to participate.

We believe that we must make constant efforts to keep the operations of our companies adjusted to the external forces affecting the objectives, strategy, products, people, and plans of our businesses. We keep alert to outside forces, capitalize on new opportunities, and make the necessary strategic and tactical adjustments in products, services, facilities, operations, finances, and people. We’re sensitive to external forces at work and make adjustments quickly. This is what has allowed us to be so highly regarded by our customers and to be a global leader for over 140 years.
